Imagine yourself in an ancient temple. As you enter this sacred space, you hear the sounds of bells, gongs, singing bowls from another place, another time. You close your eyes as the Sacred Sound surrounds and envelopes you. The sound stirs your soul and you are lured to a place of profound peace and oneness with the Universe. As you are bathed in sound, you return to your essence, to your true self.
Sound Healing moves us from disharmony to harmony. The vibration of Sacred Sound stimulates the brainwave centers to deepen relaxation, synchronizes the brain hemispheres, and releases blockages in the body and auric field. It promotes a wonderful sense of peace and well-being, while supporting the body’s ability to heal itself naturally on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. 
During Sound Healing Sessions and Retreats, you will sit in a chair or recline on a mat or massage table, fully clothed, as Himalayan Bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments are gently played with healing intention, immersing you in sound to relax the body, quiet the mind, and release stressors that may negatively impact one’s health. Private Sound Baths and Healing Sessions are approximately 45 minutes. Please allow 60 to 90 minutes for your appointment.

OHM RETREAT/Private Sound Bath – $90 for 1 to 3 guests
Treat yourself to the sublime vibration of Sacred Sound with a Private Sound Bath-Meditation. Experience the magic of sound with friends and family. Celebrate a special occasion with a truly unique gift. Gather together, close your eyes, breathe, and allow the resonance of over 20 Himalayan and crystal bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and Kate’s powerful Synodic Moon Gong to deeply relax, connect, and heal. Chairs are provided for seated meditation. Please bring your own mat, pillow, and blanket for reclining meditation. Facilitated by Kate Casey.
CIRCLE OF LIGHT AND SOUND – $30 per person for up to 6 seated guests
Similar to an Ohm Retreat, this session allows a larger group to be seated in a semi-circle. Sound is moved through and around the circle, wrapping all in its sacred vibration. Seated meditation supports the natural flow of breath. It enables the body and mind to remain alert, focused on the sound, and less likely to fall asleep. It may also increase the benefits of meditation which include stress reduction, relaxation, improved concentration, creativity, and spiritual connection. Facilitated by Kate Casey
PRIVATE SOUND HEALING SESSION – $110
Private sessions are tailored to individual needs. After consulting with Kate, you will relax on a massage table, fully clothed, comfortably supported by pillows and blankets. Kate will connect with you, assess energies, and send Reiki to enable relaxation and healing. You will be bathed in the sacred sounds of Himalayan and crystal bowls, chimes, and gong to deepen relaxation. The ancient frequencies of of Solfeggio Tuning Forks will be played in your energy field to heal, tone, and harmonize body, mind, and spirit. (Weighted tuning forks may also be used to clear and balance energies, as needed). As you are gently returned from your healing journey, you will be grounded and blessed with loving-kindness. HEART AND SOUL SESSION (Sound & Reiki with Kate & Marion) – $200
Your healing journey begins as you are anointed with pure therapeutic-grade essential oils. Two pairs of hands connect with you, warming and balancing. As Reiki energy fills your being, you are enveloped by Sacred Sound, eliciting a deep sense of peace and well-being. Feng Shui Consultation
Kate no longer offers on-site Feng Shui Consultations. However, classes and “Fun Shui” advice are available.
Feng Shui literally translates to Wind and Water. In ancient China, these elements were considered when siting a new home. An auspicious site was a place where the winds were mild, the water clean, and the vegetation lush. Essentially, Feng Shui is the art and science of living in harmony with your environment. We feel better emotionally and more in control of our lives when our environment is clean and organized.
More profoundly, Feng Shui provides a foundation to support our soul path by opening energies (chi) in our homes and bodies. By consciously rearranging the energies in our environments, we change our universe or reality.
Empowering “Fun Shui” Consultation: Is there a specific area of your life you’d like to pump up with Feng Shui? Small changes can have a big impact! Kate will work with you to identify possible causes of blocked energies, advise, and empower you to make positive changes in your home and life to support your desires. Rune Readings
Runes have been used for divination and magic for centuries. Their ancient symbology provides esoteric wisdom that is timeless
During a Rune reading, Kate will connect with you and her guides, ask you to access your higher power and infuse the Runes with your unique energies. She will then translate the Runes’ powerful messages to you. Rune Readings may be added to your sound healing appointment or scheduled after a healing event for just $20-$30 (10-15 minutes).
Rune Readings also provide a touch of magic at your private party or special event. Kate will arrive in Nordic costume, share the tale of the Seidr Kona, Odin’s quest for knowledge, and provide readings to your guests. Contact Kate to schedule an appointment or for more information.
Holistic practices can be very effective and are a wonderful complement to traditional medicine. However, these services are not a substitute for professional medical care when a serious problem is present.
