Come be bathed in the transformational sounds of Himalayan and crystal bowls, Tingshas, chimes, and Kate’s amazing Moon Gong at this live healing concert. Set an intention, close your eyes, and relax as vibrational healing reduces stress, breaks up blockages, and induces a deep sense of peace and joy. Each session includes a brief overview of sound or current energies, a guided meditation, and a blessing. Chairs are provided for seated meditation. Please bring a mat, pillow, and blanket if you prefer to recline on the floor.
